Small Cohorts
Story Groups
A small group of men doing the same honest work in a shared space — where being heard changes what your story is able to become.
What It Is
Healing happens in the company of others
A story group is a small cohort of men committed to the same narrative-focused work — naming what broke, telling the truth about it, and moving toward wholeness together. One-on-one coaching goes deep; a group adds something one-on-one can't: the resonance of being known by other men who are walking the same road.
Why a Group
What shared story makes possible
Resonance
Hearing another man name something you've never been able to say can unlock it in you. In a group, your story stops being something you carry alone.
You're not the only one
The shame that thrives in isolation begins to lose its grip when you realize other men carry the same weight — and are still standing.
Being witnessed
There is a particular healing that only happens when your story is heard and honored by others. We were never meant to integrate our stories in isolation.
A safe structure
Groups are small, facilitated, and held to clear commitments around confidentiality and care — so the space stays safe enough to be honest in.
How Groups Work
Small, safe, and steady
- A small group of men — kept intentionally small so every story has room.
- We meet by video, so you can take part wherever you are.
- Groups run over a season of weekly gatherings, facilitated start to finish.
- Confidentiality and clear group commitments are set from the first meeting.

Interested in joining?
Groups form a few times a year and space is limited. The first step is the same as one-on-one coaching: a short, free consultation. Share a little of your story and your interest in a group, and we'll talk about whether the next cohort is a good fit.
